ReplyDeleteI love the look of the digital perm on short hair, but when I went a salon in NYC to get a digital perm, they told me my hair was too short! (My hair is past my shoulders in the back and just reaches my shoulders in the front) They told me that the waves would only go up to my ears, which is why my hair was considered too short. Have you heard of this before? How can I convince a salon to give me a digital perm?!
I dont know but here in philippines I got my hair permed last Dec. 31, 2012. I know my reply is a bit late. As you can se in my photo i have a short hair/medium hair (shoulder level) but the salon try their best to make my hair permed. Its been amost a week since i got my hair permed and I think i like it, its not that curl in the back but its okay since its my first time my stylist explained to me that I have to understand because its my first time and its very natural straight. So no worries..
